Our luxurious
privately owned villa has four bedrooms,
three bathrooms with its own heated private
pool. It is fully air conditioned and
furnished to a very high standard. The villa
comes with linen and towels for up to 10
guests.
LIVING AREA
** Palm Villa has a family
room to relax in during the day or evening,
with sofa's, occasional tables with
lamps, coffee table, and an entertainment
unit with a large cable TV with DVD player
with a selection of films, a
Mini HI-FI system - A wide selection of
books and board games are provided, so you can watch your favourite
movie, listen to the music that you love or
play games until the end of the day!
** The family room opens out to our shaded
lanai with table and chairs, which leads
onto the pool deck, perfect for lazing
around and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

it's sure to be a memorable feature of your
vacation here!
** We offer FREE local and
international telephone calls "FREE Hi speed
internet access , just bring your laptop"
DINING
AREA
** The dining area has a large dining table
and chairs accommodating up to 8.
KITCHEN
** The kitchen has been fully equipped with
everything that you could need to prepare a
simple snack, or the family feast to enjoy
together while on vacation. Choose to eat at
Palm Villa in either the dining area, or
al-fresco by the pool!
** The kitchen has every modern appliance,
including full size cooker, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making
facilities, toaster, coffee maker, blender,
kettle, and many additional cooking
utensils, double sinks with garbage disposal
unit and spray.
** A separate laundry room houses full
laundry facilities.
GAMES ROOM
** There is a superb GAMES ROOM with
Table foosball, pool table, air hockey,
Basketball hoops and
electronic darts. This is where you will
find the kids - big and little alike!
POOL
** Our west facing 27' X 13' screened
pool is surrounded by a large, fully
furnished patio and covered lanai.
** Access to the pool is from the family
room or either of the two main bedrooms. The
pool is cleaned and serviced and has the
benefit of a pool heater which may be
required in the winter months -
RECOMMENDED NOVEMBER - APRIL.
** A range of luxury pool furniture is
included - table and chairs, Sun loungers
and recliners.
** The pool and the pool deck have lighting
and a ceiling fan for comfort and
entertaining after dark.
** An easily adult removable safety
fence separates the pool from the rest of
the pool deck for the safety of small
children. Alarms are fitted to doors
accessing the pool deck.
BEDROOMS
** Sleeping accommodation at Palm
Villa includes a master bedroom with a
sumptuous full-size bed, night stands with
lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm,
closets, and a dresser with TV. The master
bedroom also has a private bathroom,
offering a walk-in shower, toilet and his n
hers mirrored vanity basins.
** The second master bedroom enjoys a
full-size bed, TV, night stand with lamp,
telephone, clock/radio/alarm, dresser and closet, plus a private bathroom
with bath/shower, mirrored vanity basin and
toilet - that leads off to the shaded lanai.
** Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, Bedroom
3 is a Disney themed room with Mickey TV and
DVD, Bedroom 4 has TV and PS2 games console
and games in it, making
Palm villa perfect for two families to
share.
** PS 2 with a selection of games
suitable for all is situated in one of the
twin bedrooms.
** Finally, the sofa in the
family room converts to a queen-size sleeper
if required.
** All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV.
** Hair dryers are provided in each
bathroom.
** All bed linen and towels including
pool and beach towels are
provided.
